Background

The Roof Replacement Committee was appointed by the Board at the meeting on May 15, 2001. Committee members are:

• Steve Rawlinson, chairman
• Wendy Shepard
• Frank Ter Keurst
• Mike Newman
• Doe Melrose
• Almud Wennkittl
• Mike Honey

The mission of the committee is to research shingle roofing issues and to make recommendations to the Board prior to the replacement of shingle roofs. The Board advertised plans to form the committee in the April and May 2001 newsletters and at the annual meeting on April 17, 2001. Details about these plans were posted on the Sunset Park web site.

1st Meeting Agenda (June 5, 2001)

• Search for sources of additional information
• Develop list of roofers to invite to talk to us
• Decide what to cover in future meetings
• Schedule future meetings
