Summary of Meeting 5

Meeting took place on August 14, 2001. The following committee members were present:

• Steve Rawlinson
• Wendy Shepard
• Mike Newman
• Almud Wennkittl
• Doe Melrose
• Mike Honey

Committee members in turn expressed their opinions based upon what they have learned. A consensus was formed on immediate recommendations to be submitted to the Board. Steve will also develop a document of long-term recommendations and will circulate it among committee members for comments and corrections before passing it to the Board.

Committee members decided not to schedule any additional meetings.
