On September 18, 2001, the Board of Directors selected the GAF Grand Sequoia shingle and the Weathered Wood color.
The Board made this selection after homeowners were invited by notices posted over mailboxes to look at samples and offer opinions. The shingle samples were chosen based upon the recommendations of the Roof Committee.
This shingle will appear soon on six single-story units. Other units are expected to have roof replacements in the next 3-10 years.
